Register for Summer Activities

How Do I Register?

All of the Family Life Center activities have the same registration form. In order to register, please fill out the participant's information and check the camps and activities that the participant will be attending.

 

Participants can register for activities up until the day of the activity. However, it is preferred to have the forms a week before the activity. This will help us to keep participants informed of any changes made to the activity. If you plan to attend an activity but have not registered, please feel free to call the day of to check in.

 

Scholarships are available for all summer activities upon request. Our hope is that any child who wishes to participate in an activity is able to participate.

 

A registration form will be available for download as the summer approaches.

Where do I turn in my form?

All forms for summer activities can be turned into the Family Life Center.
